courts, fitness center with pool and spa. New home options include
condos, detached villas, coach and single-family homes priced from
the $500s to over $1 million. Membership in the golf and country club is
included with home purchase.
Barefoot
Beach is a secluded gulf-front community tucked between the
Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Bay. Elevated estate homes with gulf views, westerly breezes and community pools are priced from $1
million. Barefoot Beach Club condos on the gulf or bay are priced
from $700,000. Southport Cove is a
gated enclave of single family homes located south of Bonita Beach
Blvd. adjoining Barefoot Beach Most have waterfront access to the Gulf of Mexico through Little Hickory Bay to Wiggins Pass or
north through New Pass. Prices range from over $2 million.

Sao Grato is an intimate new home community on Airport Pulling Road in North
Naples. The community offers new condos with a Brazilian-style built
over retail shops and combined with restaurants and offices. Condo
residences from the $300’s.
