take pages to describe all of them. I have highlighted a few popular
communities which offer a variety of activities for seniors including walking trails, canoeing, beach park, tennis, golf,

Bonita Bay is an award winning, 2400-acre gated
community in Bonita Springs featuring 5 championship golf courses (3
on-site and 2 off-site), tennis, fitness plus full service
marina, gulf front beach park and more than 15 miles of nature and
bike trails. Offers every new and resale housing type from
condominiums, villas, and many single family home styles. Prices range from $290,000 for low-rise
condos to several million for the single-family estate homes. There
are some vacant home sites available.
The Brooks is a 2500-acre Bonita Bay Group community in north Bonita Springs comprised of gated communities and the Commons Club, a state of the art town center with health, fitness, enrichment, restaurant, beach club and concert area on the village green. Shopping and commercial facilities are available at the Commons Club. Among the various neighborhoods at The Brooks are:
Spring Run, a bundled golf community with homes and condos from the high $200s. Copperleaf is a bundled golf community with condos and homes priced from the mid-$300s.
Pelican
Landing is a WCI community of neighborhoods surrounded by water
and preserves, focused around 36 holes of golf. The
Pelican's Nest Golf Club is challenging but playable. Amenities
include canoeing, biking, tennis, and fishing, Redfish Point
restaurant, and a water taxi to the 34-acre beach park.
Residence styles include low-rise condominiums and villas from $200s
to $700,000. High-rise condos from the mid-$1 millions.
Single-family homes start in the high $500s and up to over $5
million.

The Quarry is a lake resort oriented new home community with power boating,
water skiing, fishing and beach activities. 18-hole golf course;
equity golf club memberships available. New condos from the
$500s, estate homes with boat docks from over $1 million.
Palmira, a new, gated country club community offers estate
homes, coach homes and single-family detached villas with golf
course, lake or wooded preserve views. 465 homes are planned in the
community. The community features a town center and Renaissance
Center with fitness facilities. Club includes 27-hole golf course,
27,000 sq ft clubhouse, swimming pools, dining and tennis. Prices in
the high-$300s for attached villas and coach homes, single-family
homes from mid-$600s to $2 million.
